G&K Services Inc., Minnetonka, declared a quarterly dividend of 7 cents per share, payable Dec. 24 to shareholders of record Dec. 11.

TCF Financial Corp., Wayzata, received the proceeds from the $361 million investment in TCF by the U.S. Treasury Department. The investment is being made by the Treasury as part of its Capital Purchase Program under the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008.

The Nightly Business Report on PBS will run a three-part series, "The Mississippi," beginning Tuesday. The series will cover technology, environmental and logistical business issues from Minneapolis to Louisiana.

NEW PRODUCT

Alliant Techsystems Inc., Eden Prairie, successfully test-fired a Kinetic Energy Interceptors first stage solid rocket motor at its Promontory, Utah, facility. The weapon system is under development by the U.S. Missile Defense Agency.
