McGaldrey named Jim Knudson leader of the private equity practice in the central region. Knudson joined the firm in 1985 and is a partner. He served on the firm's board from 2007 to 2010 and was an original member of the private equity leadership team.

Video Guidance, Bloomington, named Brian Groff vice president of sales, North America. Groff joined the company in 1999 and worked for Aerotek and Cotellignet. Video Guidance also named Dan Giesen vice president of operations, North America. Giesen was the director of operations and serves on the board for the Belle Plaine School District and SouthWest Metro Educational Cooperative.

The Family Partnership, Minneapolis, named John Till senior vice president of program strategy and innovation. Till joined the organization in 1998 and was the vice president of family and community programs.

Southern Minnesota Municipal Power Agency, Rochester, named Christopher Schoenherr director of agency and government relations. Schoenherr was deputy secretary of Wisconsin's Department of Administration and served as Gov. Scott Walker's chief energy adviser.

CaringBridge, Eagan, named Brigid Bonner vice president of marketing and customer experience. Bonner held leadership positions at Schwan's Home Service, UnitedHealth Group, Target, SimonDelivers.com and IBM.

Knock, Minneapolis, named Jody Estensen vice president of business development. Estensen held leadership positions at Broadhead + Co., Best Buy, Colle McVoy and Fallon.

Space150, Minneapolis, named Greg Swan vice president of public relations and emerging media. Swan was senior vice president of consumer and digital for Weber Shandwick. He was named to PR Week's and Minnesota-St. Paul Business Journal's "40 under 40" lists in 2011.

Risdall, New Brighton, named Jon Gordon digital content writer/manager. Gordon was a copywriter for Target for more than 10 years.

U.S. Bank, Minneapolis, named Debra Ruth and Jennifer Maschke private bankers for the private client reserve. Ruth was a private banking manager for Bremer Bank and served as a City Council commissioner in Farmington. Maschke was a business banking officer for U.S. Bank's business banking team.

Jeffrey Slocum & Associates, Minneapolis, named Bryan Mullin principal. Mullin joined Slocum in 2003 and received his bachelor's and master's from the University of Minnesota.

Oasis for Youth, Bloomington, named Nicole Mills executive director. Mills supervised housing programs at the Booth Brown House of the Salvation Army and worked for Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota and School District 202. She teaches for the University of Minnesota's Urban Studies Department and serves on the board of Planned Parenthood Action Fund.
