Circuit Court OKs Gander direct marketing

The Eighth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld a ruling that lets St. Paul outdoor retailer Gander Mountain Co. use its name and logo for catalogs, the Web and other direct-marketing activities. The appeals court affirmed the rulings in a decision filed Wednesday.
