MOCON Inc., Brooklyn Park, declared a quarterly cash dividend of 8.5 cents per share, payable Nov. 21 to shareholders of record Nov. 7.

HealthPartners, Bloomington, announced new dental benefits for pregnant women and people with diabetes. The new benefits provide 100 percent coverage for extra dental exams and cleanings and preventive periodontal services with no deductibles, coinsurance or annual maximums.
PERSONNELArctic Cat Inc., Thief River Falls, named Claude Jordan president and chief operating officer. Jordan, 52, a former vice president at Home Depot Inc., will report to chief executive officer Christopher Twomey.
Regis Corp., Edina, announced that vice chairman Myron Kunin has decided to retire from the board of directors for personal reasons at the end of his current term in October. Kunin is a founder of the company and a director since its inception in 1954. Kunin served as chairman of the board from 1983 to 2004, as CEO from 1965 until July 1, 1996, and as president from 1965 to 1987.
