HRST, Eden Prairie, named Victor Ferris chief executive and president. Ferris joined the company in 2006 and in 2010 was promoted to president. HRST also named Andrew Kubly chief financial officer. Kubly was the IT manger and received his master’s from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business.
Weber Shandwick named Leslie Williamson vice president. Williamson joined the firm in 2007 and has worked for Cohn & Wolfe in New York and Chicago.
Periscope, Minneapolis, named Matt Miller vice president and experiential creative director. Miller joined the agency in 2007 and was a creative director at Jack Morton Worldwide.
Dominium, Plymouth, named Brandon Sand construction supervisor. Sand has worked for Energy REO Solutions and Austin Remodeling. Dominium also named Jamie Verhasselt operations specialist.

Uponor named Jennifer Hauschildt vice president of IT. Hauschildt will oversee Uponor North America’s information technology team and project services group. She held multiple leadership positions at Thomson Reuters and is the board chairwoman for the Minnesota High Tech Association Foundation.
HGA, Minneapolis, named Brian Kopp business developer at the Rochester office. Kopp was president of MGA Graphics and has worked for Boys and Girls Club of Rochester.
Liesch Associates, Plymouth, named Jennifer Force senior brownfield practitioner. Force has worked for Braun Intertec Corp. and received her degree in geology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Liberty Property Trust named Dan Lofgren director of leasing to the company’s Minnesota region. Lofgren was a broker at Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq and is a graduate of St. Cloud State University.
The American Optometric Association gave Dr. Mary Gregory the Dr. W. David Sullins Jr. InfantSee award. Gregory is an optometrist at Uptown Eye Care in Monticello and is chairman of the Minnesota Optometric Association’s Children’s Vision Committee.
The Association for Career & Technical Education named Timm Boettcher the 2015 business leader of the year. Boettcher is president and chief executive of Realityworks and chairs the Western Wisconsin Workforce Development Board.
