Thunder Tiger is marketing and selling its remote-control model airplanes, helicopters, cars, boats and model engines to hobbyists in select European markets via a new online store.

Pentair Ltd., Golden Valley, will pay a regular quarterly cash dividend of 25 cents per share on Feb. 7 to shareholders of record on Jan. 24.
Target Corp., Minneapolis, declared a quarterly dividend of 43 cents per common share, payable March 10 to shareholders of record on Feb. 19.
