U.S. Bancorp, Minneapolis, named Bill Parker vice chairman and chief risk officer. Parker joined U.S. Bancorp in 1984 and was the chief credit officer. He served on the board for the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts and Como Friends.

Wells Fargo & Co. named Laurie Nordquist head of its personal and small-business insurance division. Norquist joined Wells Fargo in 1990 and was executive vice president and director for Wells Fargo institutional retirement and trust.

Lockridge Grindal Nauen, Minneapolis, named David Asp and Rebecca Klett partners. Asp joined LGN in 2005 and serves on the Community Action Partnership of Suburban Hennepin County Board. Klett joined LGN in 1999 and is a member of the Minnesota Government Relations Council and the Public Affairs Council.

Little & Co., Minneapolis, named Jaye Peterson vice president of account services, Brooke Brown vice president of operations and account services and Mike Schacherer vice president and creative director.

U.S. Bank, Minneapolis, named Kenneth Palattao vice president and health care banking specialist for the private client reserve. Palattao was vice president of operations and surgical services for the Mayo Clinic health system and has held leadership positions at Pediatric Surgical Associates and Park Nicollet Health Services.

Yamamoto, Minneapolis, named Sarah Kingsley director of client service. Kingsley was a senior manager for Target and has worked for Martin Williams, Deutsch and Fallon. Yamamoto also named Chris Rahill director of insights and innovation, Beth Pruett account director and Shawn Pals creative director.

Preston Kelly, Minneapolis, named Leah Kondes public relations supervisor. Kondes was marketing and new business development director for Weber Shandwick. She is on the advisory council for People Incorporated and on the board of the Bloomington Theatre and Art Center.

Gage, Plymouth, named Firoz Ahmed senior developer. Ahmed was a software developer for Bluestem Brands and has worked for the Schwan Food Co. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and received his master’s from the University of St. Thomas. Gage also named Griffin Talbot as a senior developer and Isaac Sorensen senior engagement coordinator on the marketing bridge team.

Comcast’s Twin Cities region named Justin Hebda director of business services. Hebda was a field sales director for CenturyLink. Comcast also named Jon Wendroff director of enterprise services.

Nu-Tek Food Science, Minnetonka, named Peter Kaye chief marketing officer. Kaye was vice president of marketing for Honest Tea and was founder of PK Brand Consulting. He has held leadership positions at Coca-Cola, Diageo, Dannon and Nestlé.

BKV Group, Minneapolis, named Larry Blaiser construction administrator. Blaiser has worked for AECOM, Walsh Bishop Associates and Ellerbe Becket and has more than 30 years of experience in health care and commercial architectural projects.
