Sico, Edina, named Ken Steinbauer president for Sico America. Steinbauer was executive vice president of Sico America. He held leadership positions at AT&T/Lucent Technologies, Shaw Industries and Lifetouch.

Archway, Rogers, named Jacqueline Punch chief human resources officer. Punch was senior vice president of human resources at Marshall Field's and has held leadership positions at G&K Services and Punch HR Consulting. She serves as chairwoman of the advisory board for the University of St. Thomas' College of Education, Leadership and Counseling.

Consumer Relations Consortium named John Rossman to the executive steering committee. Rossman is chairman of Moss & Barnett's creditors' remedies and bankruptcy team. He is a graduate of Marquette University and William Mitchell College of Law.

Moving up

Tria Orthopedic, Bloomington, named Mary Haugen director of the ambulatory surgery center. Haugen has been the interim director and was manager of the preoperative and postoperative nursing staff. She has more than 25 years of experience as a registered nurse at United Hospital.

Copland Buhl & Co., Wayzata, named Sue Thompson the accounting and assurance department head. Thompson joined Copeland Buhl & Co. in 1985 and is a partner.

Ecumen, Shoreview, named Julie Murray vice president of sales, marketing and business development. Murray joined Ecumen in 2007 and has worked for Greystone Communities in Dallas.

On the move

Burns & McDonnell named Della Young regional manager of environmental studies and permitting practice. Young was an associate vice president for HDR and has worked for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and the Minnesota Department of Transportation. She serves on the Friends of the Mississippi River board and a graduate of the University of Minnesota.

Vision-Ease Lens, Ramsey, named William Krueger executive vice president of sales and marketing. Krueger was vice president and general manager of the global group at GOJO Industries and has worked for PPG Industries.

CBRE Group named Matt Friday first vice president. Friday was a senior vice president for SRS Real Estate Partners and has 18 years of industry experience. CBRE also named David Daly vice president. Daly was an intern for CBRE in 2005 and most recently an associate director for Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq.

Bell State Bank & Trust named Misty Scholler vice president/branch manager Golden Valley. Scholler was a branch manager at Anchor Bank and worked for Citizens State Bank Midwest.
