MDA Leadership Consulting, Minneapolis, named Scott Nelson chief executive effective Dec. 1. Nelson joined MDA in 2006 and was executive vice president of consulting services and partner. He held leadership positions at Linkage and PDI Ninth House and is a graduate of Luther College.

Visante, St. Paul, named James Jorgenson president, hospital and health systems. Jorgenson was chief pharmacy officer of Indiana University Health.

Moving up

Re/Max Results, Eden Prairie, named Duane Sauke director of compliance. Sauke was the general manager of the Rochester and Austin offices. He was a president of the Minnesota Association of Realtors and served on the board of the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce.

Rachel Contracting, St. Michael, named Kevin Klimmek vice president/North Dakota group manager. Klimmek was a senior project manager/estimator and worked for Ames Construction.

U.S. Bank, Minneapolis, named Brett Sorenson vice president and private banking relationship manager for the private client reserve. Sorensen was a relationship manager for the U.S. Bank's commercial banking group.

Lockridge Grindal Nauen, Minneapolis, named Patrick Burns partner. Burns was a partner at Lindquist & Vennum and serves on the American Arbitration Association's national panel of mediators and arbitrators. He is an adjunct professor of law at the University of South Dakota and served in the U.S. Army JAG Corps.

Leonard, Street and Deinard, Minneapolis, named Judith Langevin shareholder. Langevin was a shareholder for Gray Plant Mooty and has worked for Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi. She has received the Hennepin County Bar Association diversity award and the Minnesota Women Lawyers Myra Bradwell award.

Enventis, Mankato, named Todd Hollands senior director/controller. Hollands has more than 20 years of experience in finance including leadership positions at Transport America and Fair Isaac Corp.

Dominium, Plymouth, named Eric Jensen property operations controller. Jensen was senior controller for CBRE and a graduate of the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

Accredited Investors, Edina, named Rebecca Klevan wealth manager. Klevan held advisory positions in the endowment offices of the University of Minnesota Foundation and Carleton College. She serves on the financial leadership committee for the Women's Foundation of Minnesota.

Minnesota Bank & Trust, Edina, named Jennifer Ash vice president of commercial banking. Ash was a relationship manager and credit analyst for the private client reserve of U.S. Bank.
