MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
Minnetronix Inc., St. Paul, a medical device company, has acquired Neurofluidics Inc., a privately held company with an established base of patented technology in neurocritical care. Terms were not disclosed.
HighJump Software, Eden Prairie, has acquired Evenex, a Danish provider of business-to-business integration products.
NEW PRODUCTS
Larson Boat Group, Little Falls, Minn., announced the launch of the Escape, its new line of pontoon boats. The Escape will be introduced with models in 21-, 23- and 25-foot lengths and will feature Larson's patented Tapered Tube technology. This construction uses dual planing hulls constructed of heavy-gauge aluminum to give the boat a smooth, solid and agile ride with efficient fuel economy.
DEBT AND EQUITIES
Deluxe Corp., Shoreview, declared a quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share, payable Sept. 3 to shareholders of record on Aug. 19. The company had about 50.4 million shares outstanding as of July 15.
HickoryTech Corp., Mankato, declared a quarterly dividend of 14.5 cents per common share, payable Sept. 5 to shareholders of record on Aug. 15.
