AbleNet acquired a Canadian supplier of assistive technology Edmonton, Alberta Roseville for people with physical disabilities. 12/5 Headquarters and Nortech Systems Inc. Nortech Systems will acquire the headquarters and manufacturing building Wayzata manufacturing building of Mankato-based Winland Electronics. 12/6 Multiple targets Vail Resorts Inc. Vail Resorts will acquire two Midwest ski areas, including Afton Broomfield, Colo. Alps in Minnesota, for $20 million. 12/6 Accurate Component High Road Capital Partners High Road Capital has acquired a wholesale distributor of Sales Inc. New York City fasteners and components.
