11/12 Wax in the City Anytime Fitness Inc. Anytime Fitness has acquired a salon waxing/hair removal Denver Hastings services provider.
 
11/12 Clifton Group Investment Eaton Vance Corp. Easton Vance will acquire Clifton Group, an asset- Management Co. Boston management firm that will become part of Eaton's Parametric Edina Portfolio Associates unit.
 
11/13 Q3 Contracting Inc. Primoris Services Corp. Primoris Services will acquire Q3 Contracting, a gas pipeline Little Canada Dallas services provider, for $48.1 million in cash.
 
11/13 Retail division assets ARI Network Services Inc. The U.S. Bankruptcy Court approved the sale of Duluth-based Duluth Milwaukee 50 Below Inc.'s retail division, which provides e-commerce websites to a number of industries, to ARI Network Services.
 
11/13 AIS Fund Administration Ltd. U.S. Bancorp U.S. Bancorp Fund Services will acquire a fund administration Cayman Islands Minneapolis and related-services provider to alternative investment managers.
 
11/14 Arcadia Solutions Ferrer Freeman & Co. Private equity firm Ferrer Freeman & Co. has acquired health Burlington, Mass. Greenwich, Conn. care consulting firm Arcadia Solutions from Minneapolis- based Marquette Technology Cos.
