10/1 Ceradyne Inc. 3M Co. 3M will acquire a manufacturer of advanced technical Costa Mesa, Calif. Maplewood ceramic products and components for about $670 million.
10/1 RZ Financial Network Inc. Imeriti Inc. Imeriti Inc. will merge with RZ Financial Network, an Monticello, Minn. Solano Beach, Calif. insurance products provider.
10/2 Strategic Technologies Inc. Datalink Corp. Datalink will acquire Strategic Technologies Inc., an IT Cary, N.C. Chanhassen services firm, to expand its market share in North Carolina, Florida and the Mid-Atlantic region.
10/2 Excelsior Solutions Lockton Dunning Benefits Lockton Dunning Benefits has acquired Excelsior Solutions, Edina Dallas a pharmaceutical and health care consulting services provider.
10/4 Tactile Systems Multiple investors Tactile Systems, a provider of at-home treatment for Technology Inc. lymphedema, or fluid retention resulting in chronic swelling, Minneapolis has received $10.4 million financing to support plan to acquire new product and intellectual property rights for additional lymphedema technology.
10/4 Global Coils SAGL Audemars SA IntriCon Corp., Arden Hills, has completed the sale of its Lugano, Switzerland Lugano, Switzerland 50 percent ownership in Global Coils to its joint venture partner Audemars SA.
10/4 ANIP Acquisition Co. BioSante ANI Pharmaceuticals, a manufacturer of pharmaceutical drugs Baudette, Minn. Pharmaceuticals Inc. and products, will merge with and absorb BioSante Lincolnshire, Ill. Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical firm that has two FDA-approved products, an estrogen gel for women and a testosterone gel for men.
