9/7 First Commercial Bank Republic Bancorp Inc. Republic Bancorp has expanded into the Twin Cities market by Bloomington Louisville, Ky. acquiring substantially all of the assets and liabilities of First Commercial Bank from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
