The $579,970 Next Gen model will be available for tours during the Builders Association of the Twin Cities Fall Showcase, which runs through Sept. 30. The Next Gen model is entry No. 98, and is at 17822 62nd Ave. in Maple Grove.
The tour is free and will feature more than 300 new houses throughout the Twin Cities.
