8/25 Hotel Ivy Ameriprise Financial Inc. Ameriprise Financial will acquire the Hotel Ivy in downtown Minneapolis Minneapolis Minneapolis, located close to Ameriprise's headquarters, making it a convenient location for traveling employees and business contacts.
 
8/27 Four auto dealerships Twin Cities Automotive Group Twin Cities Automotive Group, part of the Pohlad Minneapolis Companies, will acquire four luxury auto dealerships in the Twin Cities from LeJeune Investment Inc. The deal includes Carousel Audi and Carousel Porsche in Golden Valley and Maplewood Audi and Maplewood Imports.
 
8/30 New Leaf business Life Time Fitness Inc. Life Time Fitness acquired the New Leaf business assets Vadnais Heights Chanhassen from MGC Diagnostics Corp., formerly Angeion Corp., for $1 million at closing and $235,000 over the next 18 months.
 
8/30 Normandale Lake Equity Group Investments An affiliate of Equity Group Investments has acquired the Office Park Chicago Normandale Lake Office Park, a five-building, 1.7 million- Bloomington square-foot complex in Bloomington.
