8/17 Venture catheter assets Vascular Solutions Inc. Vascular Solutions acquired the Venture wire control Maple Grove catheter assets from Little Canada-based St. Jude Medical Inc. for $3 million.

8/22 Eight Buffalo Wild Wings units Diversified Restaurant Diversified Restaurant Holdings will acquire eight Buffalo Holdings Inc. Wild Wings restaurants in Indiana and Illinois for $14.7 Southfield, Mich. million. The transaction include an additional franchise agreement for a location in Indiana.
