8/13 FSI International Inc. Tokyo Electron Ltd. FSI International accepted a buyout bid from Tokyo Chaska Tokyo Electron, joining a company with the scale needed to compete globally.
 
8/13 Superior Imaging Group Inc. Vomela Specialty Co. Vomela acquires a Washington state-based company to Kent, Wash. St. Paul expand its regional graphics sales and production capability.
 
8/14 Proximagen Group PLC Upsher-Smith Laboratories Inc. Upsher-Smith closed on a previously announced London Maple Grove acquisition of a British drug company.
 
8/14 Roffe Container Inc. Consolidated Container Co. Consolidated Container acquires Roffe to increase its Moorhead, Minn. Atlanta market in Northern Great Plains and announced plans to build a Lakeville production plant.
 
8/16 Adeptra Ltd. Fair Isaac Corp. (FICO) FICO acquires a cloud-based customer engagement and Reading, England Minneapolis risk intervention software firm.
 
8/16 Segetis Inc. Multiple investors Segetis Inc. received $25 million in venture capital Golden Valley financing from two U.S. venture funds and a Saudi Arabian chemical manufacturer.
 
8/16 DYK Automotive Twinco Romax Twinco and DYK Automotive merge to form a national Germantown, Tenn. Medina automotive aftermarket distribution company.
