On the move

Risdall Marketing Group, New Brighton, hired Sara Harrell as vice president, account supervisor; Brooke Lattin, account executive; Nick Noble, online marketing specialist, and Katlyn Daoust, public relations account coordinator. Harrell has worked on such accounts as Target, DirecTV, Best Buy and Land O'Lakes and was named marketing and sales executive of the year while working for Showtime Networks Inc. Lattin graduated in 2010 from the University of Minnesota where she served as president of the advertising club and director of marketing for Alpha Phi sorority. Noble graduated in 2012 from the University of Minnesota, where he was a member of the advertising club and served as digital director of Verge, a nonprofit student-organized advertising agency. Daoust graduated summa cum laude from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2011.

Barnes & Thornburg, Minneapolis, hired Kenneth Suzan as of counsel in the intellectual property department. He was a partner at Hodgson Russ LLP in Buffalo, N.Y.

Dominium, Plymouth, an apartment development and management company, hired Kassidy Broussard as property accountant. Prior to joining Dominium, Broussard was an associate accountant for CBRE in Minneapolis.

ProUroCare Medical Inc., Minneapolis, hired Stan Myrum to lead the company's technology and product development efforts. Most recently, he was vice president of quality and operations for Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management business unit.

Directors

Richard S. Brown, chief executive officer of JNBA Financial Advisors, Minneapolis, was elected to the board of directors of Essentia Health Foundation, based in Duluth. Brown also serves as a senior fellow at the Labovitz School of Business and Economics at the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Awards

Gina P. Blayney, president and CEO of Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest, serving the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, is the 2012 recipient of the Junior Achievement USA Charles R. Hook Award. The annual accolade is given to a Junior Achievement chapter president who demonstrates superior results in growth and development of Junior Achievement. Blayney received the award at the organization's recent national leadership conference.
