$3.4 million for PepsiAmericas' Pohlad

Non-equity incentive pay: $1,517,794

Other compensation: $117,937

Value realized on vesting shares: $977,220

Total return to shareholders: 61.5 percent

Note: Pohlad's total compensation was up 41 percent from last year's $2.4 million. The biggest boost came from incentive pay, which was up 285 percent, from $393,000. PepsiAmericas had a strong year and exceeded the target goals for revenue, income and cash flow, which make up the majority of the incentive pay formula.
