Geek Squad Solution Central: Customers can get free tech support and classes from Geek Squad agents. Store employees can also ring up purchases and activate devices.

Larger in-store pickup section: Shoppers can purchase items at BestBuy.com and the pick them up in the store.

Lower shelves: At 5 feet, the shelves allow customers to survey more of the store and employees to better watch customers.

Magnolia Design Centers: The center features models of a living room, outdoor patio, and a home movie theater where shoppers can see and operate flat-screen televisions and sound systems via an iPad.
