6/8 Biovation Holdings Inc., MVC Capital Inc. MVC Capital will invest up to $3.05 million in Biovation Holdings, Mankato Purchase, N.Y. a maker of organic and sustainable laminate materials. 6/12 GoHealthInsurance.com Norwest Equity Partners Norwest Equity Partners has made a $50 million equity invest- Chicago Minneapolis ment in GoHealth, which operates GoHealthInsurance.com, a website where consumers can compare and purchase health insurance.

6/12 Pentech Holdings Inc., Norwest Equity Partners Norwest Equity Partners has acquired Pentec Health, a provider Boothwyn, Pa. Minneapolis of specialty infusion pharmacy products and nutritional therapies for patients suffering from chronic renal failure.

6/13 Proximagen Group PLC, Upsher-Smith Upsher-Smith Laboratories will buy Proximagen Group, a drug London Laboratories Inc. development company focused on neurodegenerative disease, Maple Grove for up to $554.7 million.

6/14 mRemedy Inc., Axial Exchange Inc. Axial Exchange has acquired mRemedy, a company formed by Raleigh, N.C. DoApp Inc. and the Mayo Clinic, to offer a mobile health care platform to health care providers

6/14 OakRiver Technology Inc., PaR Systems Inc. PaR Systems acquired OakRiver Technology, a professional St. Paul Shoreview engineering services company.

6/15 Aspect Loss Prevention, Verisk Analytics Inc. Verisk Analytics will acquire Aspect Loss Prevention, a provider Bloomington Jersey City, N.J. of loss prevention software and analytic products to the retail, entertainment and food industries, for $8 million.
