Guilty: Nine counts of participating in or aiding and abetting wire fraud related to Trevor Cook's Ponzi scheme, three counts of participating in or aiding and abetting mail fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, two counts of wire fraud relating to the theft of nearly $4 million from an elderly couple on the sale of two life insurance policies, two counts of mail fraud related to his efforts to buy a piece of the Minnesota Wild, two counts of money laundering; two counts of filing false tax returns for 2007 and 2009, one count of income tax evasion for the tax year 2008.

Gerald Durand, 61, Faribault

Guilty: Nine counts of participating in or aiding and abetting wire fraud related to Trevor Cook's Ponzi scheme, three counts of participating in or aiding and abetting mail fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, two counts of money laundering, three counts of filing false tax returns for the years 2006-2008, two counts of concealing material facts from the government for having a friend convert Swiss francs to U.S. dollars.

Patrick Kiley, 73, Minneapolis

Guilty: Nine counts of participating in or aiding and abetting wire fraud related to Trevor Cook's Ponzi scheme, three counts of participating in or aiding and abetting mail fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, two counts of money laundering.
