5/11 Patagonia Investment SA Empresas Iansa SA Sugar producer Empresas Iansa SA bought 95 percent of Chile Santiago, Chile the shares of holding company Patagonia Investment SA from Wayzata-based Cargill Inc.
5/14 Residential mortgage Nationstar Mortgage Nationstar Mortgage will acquire certain residential servicing assets Holdings Inc. mortgage servicing and other assets from Bloomington- Lewisville, Texas based Residential Capital and related entities for $880 million in cash.
5/15 Hemosphere Inc. CryoLife Inc. CryoLife has acquired Hemosphere, maker of the Eden Prairie Kennesaw, Ga. hemodialysis reliable outflow graft, for $17 million.
5/15 Minnesota Gateway Cologix Inc. Data center manager Cologix acquired a provider of Minneapolis Denver computer data interconnection and colocation services.
5/15 No Frills Supermarkets Inc. Nash Finch Co. Nash Finch's U Save Foods Inc. subsidiary will buy a Omaha Edina supermarket chain with 18 locations in Nebraska and western Iowa.
5/16 Zyga Technology Inc. Multiple investors Zyga Technology, a maker of surgical products to treat Minneapolis conditions of the spine, has raised $25 million in venture- capital funding through a group of investors that includes Eden Prairie-based Split Rock Partners.
5/17 Yoplait Franchise/Ireland General Mills Inc. Yoplait SAS, jointly owned by Sodiaal and General Mills Dublin Golden Valley Inc., will reacquire its yogurt and dessert franchise rights in Ireland from its licensee Glanbia PLC for $22.9 million.
