U.S. investment and second home sales
Investment home sales: up 64.5 percent to 1.23 million last year from 749,000 in 2010.
Vacation home sales: up 7 percent to 502,000 last year from 469,000 in 2010.
Vacation home sales as a share of all deals: 11 percent, up from 10 percent in 2010
Investment home sales as a share of all deals: 27 percent, up from 17 percent in 2010
