New stores: Cotton On, Crazy 8 and Men's Wearhouse .
Renovation: New energy-efficient lighting, 180 new windows, new tile and carpet, rehabbed food court with fireplace and banquettes, soft seating in food court and center court. The mall's carousel is owned by a separate Florida company, but it was rehabbed as well.
