On the move

Opportunity Partners, Minnetonka, named Jeff Talley vice president of human resources. Since 2006, Jeff served as vice president for human resources at Twin City Fan Companies. Other past positions includes director of human resources at VEE Corp. and human resources manager at Despatch Industries. Jeff serves on the board of directors of Nexus Treatment, a youth residential treatment program, and is former vice president of the Twin Cities Human Resource Association.

Kraus-Anderson Realty, Bloomington, named Anne Jeske property manager. She served as property manager for St. Paul-based Paster Enterprises, where she managed mixed-use buildings and commercial buildings totaling more than 500,000 square feet.

The Opus Group, Minnetonka, named Richard Figueroa director of capital markets. Figueroa joins the Opus Group from Mansur & Co., a Chicago real estate investment firm. Figueroa will remain based in Chicago.

Oak Grove Capital, St. Paul, named Jeff Patton managing director of conventional/market rate housing. He was previously at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital. Patton has 20 years experience in multifamily lending.

Directors

Courage Center, Minneapolis, elected Eric Norberg to its board of directors. He is president of Allete Clean Energy in Duluth. Norberg has served on a number of nonprofit boards including United Cerebral Palsy, Marshall School, and the Lake Superior Railroad Museum.

Honors

The National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practioners presented its Loretta C. Ford Distinguished Fellow Award to Patsy Stinchfield, director of infectious disease and immunology at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota.

Awards

Monica Little of Little & Co., Minneapolis, received the 2012 AIGA Fellow Award from AIGA, a professional association for design.

Weber Shandwick, Minneapolis, received the top industry award from the Agriculture Relations Council at the 2012 Golden ARC Awards. The agency's farm and food advocacy practice group won the 2012 Golden ARC de Excellence for its clients. The 2012 Golden ARC de Excellence awards honor the best work in agricultural public relations. Weber Shandwick also earned a Golden ARC Award in the agriculture image campaign division for the Oink Outings campaign.
