Last month, we wrote about the Bloomington office of CBRE Group Inc. being chosen to market the more than 500 lots associated with failed homebuilder Rottlund Homes.

When it shut down last year after 40 years in business — a victim of the collapse of the residential real estate economy — Rottlund was one of the biggest homebuilders in Minnesota.

Now there's more information about the 10 developments throughout the Twin Cities metro area that are being marketed. The geographic range of the properties just goes to show how broad Rottlund's reach was.

The properties include:

Harmony, Rosemount, 19 single-family developed lots, 59 developed multi-family lots and 108 undeveloped multi-family lots. Listing price: $2.2 million.
High Grove, Maple Grove, 33 acres of residential lots, single family and attached housing. Listing price: $1.8 million.
Arbor Crest, Inver Grove Heights, almost six acres of commercial land close to a Wal-Mart. Listing price: $550,000.
Club West, Blaine, 28 developed and undeveloped multi-family pads. Listing price: $325,000.
Inspiration, Bayport, 18 developed, single-family lots. Listing price $500,000.
The Lakes, Blaine, 39 developed, multi-family lots. Listing price: $300,000.
The Reserve, Plymouth, 5.5 acres of land, zoned for single-family residential. Listing price: $450,000.
Ridgewood, Savage, less than an acre of land, 12 developed, single-family lots. Listing price: $100,000.
Victor Gardens, Hugo, seven acres of multi-family lots and land, 76 partially developed lots, and four developed lots. Listing price: $156,000.
Wildflower Meadows, 2 acres for town homes. Listing price: $30,000.
