Medtronic international operations president resigning

Medtronic's international operations president will resign next week, according to documents the Fridley medical device firm recently filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Jean-Luc Butel will resign as executive vice president and group president for international operations effective Jan. 20.
Officials noted that Butel "is not entitled to any benefits upon his departure other than those benefits that are offered to all company employees."
