Tracie and Paul Christopherson have discovered how difficult and frustrating it can be for families that qualify for government aid to actually get it.

The site, "Bridge to Benefits" (www.bridgetobenefits.org) will officially launch Nov. 15, though it's up and running now and is being used by some social service agencies.
