Spong also named Eric Hausman principal. Hausman was a senior group manager of public relations at Target Corp. and worked for Deloitte Consulting in New York.
Burns & McDonnell named Steven Schmidt senior project manager and transportation department manager for its Burnsville location. Schmidt joined the company in 2008 and was a project manager at the Kansas City, Kan., headquarters.
