Thirst Theater, the hipster bar habitue's answer to dinner theater, is back. The program of playlets at your barstool or table that began six years ago is serving up another round starting Monday night at Joe’s Garage in Minneapolis. The line-up has a dozen new works by writers such Craig Wright, Trista Baldwin, Tom Poole, Allison Moore and Kim Hines. Their playlets will be enacted by a cast of 28 professional actors that includes Terry Hempleman, Terry Bellamy, Amy McDonald, Jim Lichtscheidl, Zoe Pappas, Bob Davis and Thirst co-founder Tracey Maloney. Tickets are $15. Joe’s Garage, 1610 Harmon Pl., Minneapolis. $15. 612-904-1163.
