And then there were 20: the list of gubernatorial candidates grows

The list of DFLers and Republicans who think they'd make a great Minnesota governor just keeps on growing.
Last month, Felix Raymond Montez, who ran for the Legislature as a Republican in 2008, changed his gubernatorial candidate registration from “Libertarian Party of Minnesota” to DFL. That made him the 12th candidate with the DFL designation who has filed to run for governor with the campaign finance board.
Next week, Robert Carney, who sued the state last year over Gov. Tim Pawlenty's unallotment of the political refund program, will announce his candidacy for governor as a "Moderate Progressive Republican." He said he would file his party affiliation as Republican, making him the eighth candidate in the race with that designation. He ran for Minneapolis Mayor last year as "Moderate Progressive Censored" after the city wouldn't allow him to appear as "Moderate Progressive Republican" on the ballot.
Here are all the DFL and GOP candidates who fill out the current gang of 20:
