Keith Ellison is a pretty safe bet to win his district in 2010, but as of this week he officially has a challenger: Minneapolis lawyer Lynne Torgerson.

Torgerson, who is pro-life and anti-gay marriage, is quite the opposite of Ellison, arguably Minnesota's most liberal congressman.

But judging by the main photo on her Web site, it's unclear if Torgerson is ready to give up the law just yet. Beneath a "Torgerson for Congress" banner is a photo of Torgeson in front of ... the Supreme Court.

The photo from the Web site and a photo of the Supreme Court bulding are pasted below.

Neither the House nor the Senate steps have statues and both buildings have more columns than the Supreme Court. A spokester at the Supreme Court also confirmed it was their building.

Photos of the House and Senate steps are below. (Sorry for all the funerals. They are the best I could find in our system).
