“Cook, smell touch, see, taste the place for yourself,” Singaporean food critic K.F. Seetoh says before raving about the food of his country, a unique mix of Chinese, Indian and Indonesian cuisines. Check it out at a great new blog, The Hyphenated Chef, which promises to explore the intersection of food, culture and identity. It’s a perfect place for a video of Seetoh, whose mantra is “eat the food, digest the culture.”
