Wearing a Rolling Stones jacket and jeans and driving a nine-year-old Porsche with USTSEAL on its license plate, former Gov. Jesse Ventura stopped by the Minnesota state Capitol today.

His goal was to meet with the State Patrol to pick up a new governor's identification card before he heads back down to Mexico, where he winters these days.

But he shared a few thoughts with the journalists who spotted him in the state lot.

Ventura said he's not thinking about running for office again. Quoting from Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, he said that he'd have to cut his hair -- now gray and to his shoulders -- to run and his hair is staying long.

But the former Independence Party governor is keeping busy. He said his new show "Conspiracy Theory" on the Tru Network will start running on Dec. 2 and he's already got seven shows in the can. Ventura also said he's working on a related book, which isn't quite complete.
