Gov. Tim Pawlenty's office announced today that the governor will unveil a proposal Thursday morning for a constitutional amendment.  The governor's office provided few details on what the proposal would entail, but said Pawlenty would hold a press conference at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in his office.

"The governor's proposed constitutional amendment is related to economic issues," said Brian McClung, a Pawlenty spokeman.
