DiggRoadguy is no stranger to traffic-cone Halloween costumes, and here's a new one he spotted over the weekend in Las Vegas:
Here's hoping he took a cab. Not all inebriates make the best choices, however -- a Wisconsin driver dialed 911 to report her own DUI (City Pages story here, including transcript and audio; TV report here). I guess that's one way to get more drunks off the road.
