The Dec. 29 release of District 9 on Blu-ray will include a demo for the equally highly anticipated PlayStation 3 game God of War III, Sony announced today. The company is calling the release the first movie/game demo hybrid Blu-ray. Once viewers play through the demo, they'll be able to unlock a making-of featurette for God of War III, which is expected to be one of the major games of 2010. What a great marriage for the PS3 -- and something possible only on that system since it's the only one that handles Blu-ray.
