Rick is the restaurant critic and food writer at the Star Tribune. Lee is editor of the Taste section and author of "Come One, Come All/ Easy Entertaining with Seasonal Menus," a compilation of Taste recipes.

Even Mayor R.T. Rybak reads Taste. (We're not surprised!) As we celebrate the 40th birthday of this award-winning food section, the mayor adds his thoughts to the discussion with an official proclamation that notes:
"In the years to come, may the Star Tribune Taste section continue to nourish minds and bodies with its thoughtful reverence for the food before us.
