Make It Stop. NWS Doppler radar at 3:40 PM shows another surge of moisture pushing out of Iowa, heavy showers and a few T-storms approaching the metro from the southwest. More moderate to heavy rain can't be ruled out between 4:30 PM and 7 PM this evening, aggravating flood problems from earlier today. As if 4-6" wasn't quite enough...
