Most Severe Storms Tracking Over Far Southern Minnesota. NWS Doppler at 7:15 PM shows moderate rain over the Twin Cities with some lightning and thunder, but no severe reports nearby. Storms bearing down on Rochester and Stewartville may produce 1" hail, 60-80 mph winds and even an isolated tornado.
