Posted by: Paul Douglas Updated: June 5, 2014 - 5:13 PM

Tornado Watch Southwest and South Central Minnesota until 11 PM. SPC has issued a Tornado Watch into the latest evening hours - which includes St. James, Fairmont, Redwood Falls, Marshall and Pipestone - where conditions are ripe for more supercell T-storms capable of large hail and isolated tornadoes. There is sufficient wind shear and instability for a few tornadoes over southwestern Minnesota, but the risk subsides after dark. This watch does not include the Twin Cities metro area. NWS Doppler radar at 5:13 PM.
