Shocker: More Rain Moving In. NWS Doppler radar at 12:13 PM shows a band of moderate to heavy showers with embedded T-showers pushing across central Minnesota. A few hours of rain is likely from mid afternoon into the evening hours in the Twin Cities metro, although the atmosphere isn't moist or unstable enough for a widespread severe storm outbreak later today.
