New Jersey Superior Court Judge Deanne Wilson I set to order Minnesota Vikings owners Zygi and Mark Wilf to pay millions in damages to former business partners they defrauded in a 1980s real estate deal.
The ruling is expected to cover compensatory damages, punitive damages, a redistribution of profits dating back to 1992 and damages under the state's civil racketeering laws. The damages awarded today will not cover attorney fees that the plaintiffs have accumulated.
The Wilfs are not at the hearing.
