Severe Risk Shifts Into Wisconsin (slowly drying out this afternoon)

Drama Is Over. The severe risk is now shifting into Wisconsin (Severe Storm Watch still posted until 4 PM). The front is through, heaviest rains (and lightning) east of the St. Croix River Valley. Clouds will linger into the afternoon but skies should brighten a bit, northwest winds pumping cooler, less humid air into town. NWS Doppler at 1:26 PM.
