The North Dakota chamber is bringing its "open for business" campaign to the Twin Cities, the Fargo Forum reported this morning.

I checked with Andy Peterson, the chamber's president, by email, to find out where, exactly.

"If I reveal its location it may lower the anticipation of those watching for it. It is ordered and ready. Should be up within a few days," he wrote back.

I asked whether it's the same billboard as the one that has been marching southeast since May (pictured above, credit Dave Kolpack/AP). It started in Moorhead, then moved to Fergus Falls. Next up is a billboard facing traffic westbound from the Twin Cities, Peterson says, but he's mum on the message.

"You will have to wait and see," he said.
