Gov. Mark Dayton and a 35-member delegation will leave on a trade mission to Germany, Sweden and Norway on Wednesday.

The governor will return to Minnesota on June 21.

The delegation, which includes Dayton's two sons, "will visit key business centers in Berlin, Dusseldorf/Cologne, Oslo and Stockholm , meet with business leaders and government officials, and participate in business development events and other activities," according to the governor's office.

The cost of trade missions tends to be paid for by the participants, not the state.
