Know someone who's depressed but won't admit it? Wondering if you should accompany your aging father to his doctor visits? Trying to figure out if your child has ADHD?

Take a tour through Healthcare 411, a federal health website designed to answer consumer questions by drawing on the latest medical research.

The website was created by the Agency for Healthcare Quality and Research (AHRQ), which has long been a clearinghouse for top medical research and best practices in health care. Now its parent agency, the Department of Health and Human Services, is putting all that research at the disposal of consumers in podcasts, videos and easy-to-read essays. Regular features include treatment guides for common diseases, columns on getting the most from your own physician and a place to submit questions about the latest medical research.
