HRRR Forecast: 11 pm. If I had to pick a time I'd estimate severe storms will reach the metro between 10 and 11 pm. An isolated tornado can't be ruled out, but the larger concern is straight-line winds and torrential rains.

Damage Reports Over West Central Minnesota. Here's the latest from NOAA.

Latest Damage Reports. Winds gusted to 76 mph at Appleton (with funnel clouds nearby). We're getting reports of "significant damage" in Ortonville and Big Stone Lake. Latest NOAA damage reports are here.

Severe Storm Watch. SPC has issued a new watch from central Minnesota into central Wisconsin until 2 am.
